Wahrscheinlich animiert durch die überraschenden und überragenden Laden-Verkaufszahlen in den Vereinigten Staaten hat Stardock nun endlich einen deutschen Publisher gefunden der das Spiel Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni auch hierzulande publiziert. Name wurde noch keiner genannt, aber das wird wohl nicht mehr lange dauern. (Nachtrag 18.4: Wie inzwischen bekannt wird Sins of a Solar Empire hierzulande von Kalypso Media vertrieben.)
Es geht also doch.
Ebenfalls wissenswert ist dass die Leute von Ironclad bereits an Version 1.1 arbeiten die im wesentlichen ein Addon mit vielen neuen Sachen und einer Singleplayer-Campaign ist. Gerüchte über neuen Content wie zb. neue Einheiten oder gar eine neue (spielbare) Rasse schwirren nicht erst seit kurzem in sämtlichen Foren und Chatrooms zum Spiel herum.
Allerdings muss man auch hierzu noch auf genauere, offizielle Angaben warten.

Expect a BIG boost to ICO numbers then, those europeans play online more than americans
though one thing i have to say is that the lack of a german visitors brought many ppl to our site

Währendessen sprach Yarlen in einem Query mit Leinad über unsere deutsche Übersetzung und deren Einfluss in eine deutsche Lokalisation.

Ich persönlich bin gespannt was für "special stuff" bei europäischen Versionen dabei sein wird und ob es sich lohnt das Spiel nochmal zu kaufen. Vielleicht einfach nur um das Spiel dann in der Box zu haben.
Fazit: Lokalisiertes Sins in Europa und ein Addon ... ist wie Weihnachten im Juni.
